The GT from Mare to the Vetta is an event aimed at promoting the territory of the province of Massa Carrara and sport in nature, enhancing the tourist, gastronomic and natural resources of the Municipality of Carrara.One of its kind, with its 32 km and 2200 meters of positive altitude, you will leave behind the sea to reach, at short notice, the summit of Mount Sagra (Apuane Alps) at 1753 meters above sea level and admire a breathtaking panorama.The event is part of a semi-autonomous Trail Running racing race and a free, non-competitive walk in autonomy. They are organized non-profit-making by volunteers from the A.S.D. GrandeTrekking in collaboration with the Club Alpino Italiano section of Carrara, Local Associations and people who believe in these values.
